Join us for a fun, 45-minute, HIIT workout and flexibility training at the LIFT Office each Friday at 6:30 am lead by Hannah Wells with XM Performance.
Bring a towel and your yoga mat. Don't forget your suit and tie. (Shower is available for use after each session.)
